Just finished purchase process of my brand new 2018 RS3. I did the whole thing online(a first for me) and credit for the entire positive experience goes to Frankie Newman and his team of professional finance guys. Long story short there was a hiccup in the middle of the sale process (not Henderson Audi's fault whatsoever, it was an EPA clearance problem with all RS3 models), and Frankie stayed on top of it for the three long months of extra waiting. Everything else during the process after the car was cleared was ridiculously easy thanks to him. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to future Audi buyers. Oh and btw I don't even live in Henderson, but decided to go with them because the dealership in my city sucks.
