  • I visited this location to get a tire rotation and it took 2 hours. 6 people that checked in after me all got done 30-45 minutes before I did. Nobody mentioned to me that the wait time was going to be this long and I even asked. 2 hours after the fact, I went up to Kendall and Mark (the manager) to ask what is going on and they were not sympathetic and told me "it's no big deal, it will be done in five minutes." But it took 30 extra minutes. Neither of them apologized or explained what happened the last two hours, they just told me my car was ready. The customer service was terrible and they did not care about how their guests felt walking out. I will not be going back to Discount Tire again.
