| - Up until recently, I would frequent this Starbucks because of the beverages, snacks, and good customer service. However, the other day, I arrived at this Starbucks at 645 am to several cars and people waiting outside locked doors. There were clearly employees inside working to prepare the store for the morning however were obviously ignoring our knocking on the front door. There were no signs or announcement saying why they were still closed when they were supposed to open at 530 am according to store hours. After waiting around for 10 mins I left and went to Panera.
This isn't about the quality of their product, it's one of the better coffees, it's about professionalism and courtesy.
A simple sign and explanation would have been appropriate, not blatant ignoring of us customers. I'll return, however, likely later in the morning when chances of it being opened is more likely.
Shame on Starbucks. This company, being around for this long, should know better.
