  • This company is killing me!! I had hoped to make it work between us, but nothing is getting answered. I got to talk to a few people to try and get something done at my apartment complex, about out parking lot. Especially in front of my door. They haven't done a DAMN THING YET!! Listen, I know things take time. But this is ridiculous.. Potholes, gravel, cracks everywhere. Awhile ago I had my motorcycle spin from underneath me because of the gravel. They said then they are not paying for it. Said its not their fault. I talked to one of the hire ups, who said the board makes the decision on it. Tell the BOARD TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT THE DAMN PARKING LOT!! If this would have happened to anyone of those board members, they would be asking for all their money back. I'm just asking for half of my insurance deductible back. I feel it's fair!! But now also, since I am not on an account they don't have to talk to me. But I really and truly find this unfair, not only to me. But also to my neighbors that have concerns. They are so busy doing the landscape of this place, they don't care about anything else. But that's my opinion. Everyone in that office has my number, they also have my address and unit number. I sent them the receipt for what I paid on my bike repair, as well as pictures for the parking lot. ASSOCIA ARIZONA!!!! HERE THIS PLEASE!! IF ANYONE IN YOUR OFFICE SAYS THAT OUR PARKING LOT IS OK, THEY SHOULD BE FIRED ON THE SPOT!! I GUESS I AM THE ONLY ON THAT IS STANDING UP FOR US HERE AT THE KENSINGTON CONDOMINIUM, YOU GUYS NEED A REALITY CHECK! KENSINGTON CONDOMINIUMS 810 EAST COLTER STREET PHX, AZ 85014 IF ITS NOT YOUR FAULT, THEN GET THE PERSON WHO IS TO CALL ME!! YOUR BOARD, NEED TO BE FIXED!! YOU GUYS OWE ME MONEY, IF IT WAS YOUR PROPERTY THAT GOT DAMAGED YOU'D WANT YOUR MONEY ALSO!! JUST GET RIGHT, AND USE COMMON SENSE JOHN MAURICE MOSS
