  • I loved their selection & they have some ok prices but their shitty customer service earned the 1 star. I found a bed frame that I really loved & I paid 864 dollars cash for it. It was supposed to be delivered to my house a little over a week after I paid but on Monday(three days before it was supposed to arrive) I got a call & they told me they didn't have the bed in the size I needed. They offered me a larger size at the same price but it wouldn't include a mattress so it really wasn't a huge gesture on their part.. they sent me pictures of beds similar but I didn't like any of them so the only thing I got was a refund, the day after my bed was supposed to be delivered. ...thanks guys! I waited 10 days for a bed that I never got & barely even got an apology.
