  • Horrible manager Mary put the wrong chain on and bar upside down on saw(i know the bars just cosmetic) #1. saw #2 had a wire replaced. First pull after receiving it back the string wouldn't recoil. I took the cover plate off and noticed the starter pulley was broken. The broken piece 1inch by 1inch was missing. I called immediately and whomever I spoke with said they'd take care of it. 3 weeks later the piece was in but Mary said it couldnt have been their fault and charged me $26. I have 3 husky chainsaws 2 580 backpack blowers that I buy new every 3 years for work. Because of Mary I will not be going back. 1st store I've ever dropped lol.
