  • meh, here we go. I tell 2 people I only want an oil change. they charge me for a car wash, and say they will give me a voucher for a free car wash later. Fine. But listening to my inital requests would have been nice. So they always dig around thru the filters and say they need to be changed. Which I think is dumb. but, since I didn't do my proper research, I am also dumb, and agreed. Maybe anyone would have done that. but in the process of changing it out, got dirt and crap all over the floor near the pedals. I said no to a car wash bc I just got one last week, but now I need to vacuum again. They did everything in a timely manner, that's nice. Can't hold it against them for doing their job and trying to up sale. I'm just gonna be smarter next time.
