  • I have been a member with Orange Therory since before they opened their doors. I cancelled my membership because of the inconsistencies with their policys. They used to be family owned and now corporate has stepped in with new ownership. The staff isn't as nice and flexible and they have new regulations for all their members. Also, the classes became constantly full with no windows of opportunity to get in. I just couldn't keep up with price changes, schedule changes, and the new I don't care about good customer services any longer.
