  • I live in a college town. Most of the businesses here are run by college students, so understandably I don't always expect to receive the best quality of service. I don't really write poor reviews on this site, but I was very disappointed with my last Insomnias visit. The entire store is extremely small, so it gets crowded very easily. When I walked in the business there was no form of a line, which made ordering somewhat confusing. When I finally was able to make it to the counter, the store was out of over half of the cookies that they normally have to offer. The employees were also very disinterested and somewhat rude, and didn't really seem to care about the chaos that was ongoing. All I wanted was a snickerdoodle cookie, but I had to settle for a chocolate chip. Even though I like chocolate chip cookies, it wasn't what I originally intended to purchase. I'll think twice about visiting insomnias next time I'm in the mood for a cookie.
