  • This cleaning service and staff are terrible. Paid for 6 hours of cleaning and 25 windows. About half of the cleaning was completed. When I reached out to the owner about the work. I was told the staff would be fired after viewing the photos I sent. I asked for reimbursement. I was told that I paid the maids and owner doesn't owe anything. I paid thru Groupon and an extra $50 for additional work. I was told "F U" by the business owner and that he makes a lot more money than I do. Not sure what that has to do with it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Thankfully, Groupon understood and I was refunded!!
