  • 3 Stars - A-OK! For me, coming here was not a life changing experience. They replaced a very expensive component for a very expensive price. They were very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Were they cheaper and better than the competition? Yes. Would I go back? Yes. My experience was entirely routine. Called them up. Voicemail says to go to web site. On web site I filled out details about issue with car. 8 hours later I get a call with a quote. Next day I drop off car. I don't hear anything back until 3 days later when it's fixed and ready for pickup. Show up, they go over other issues they found, pay the bill, I'm gone. That's really about it. Don't know what it would take to give more stars. Maybe an update on the status? Maybe if they totally bailed me out of a tough mechanical situation and fixed something nobody else could. But my experience was quite boring and uneventful. So 3-stars it is until the next time. BTW, the other repair they recommended, I did myself and saved over $300. So if you are mechanically inclined, get dirty and try fixing it yourself!
