This is the big museum. There's a great deal of art, spread across several buildings which are linked underneath the street. Currently the temporary exhibit is Picasso alongside some African influences. Nearly every kind of art can be found in here, though. Lots of paintings from multiple different eras, some sculpture, and a building is dedicated to art from the province of Quebec. I appreciated being able to get some of the local aesthetic.
There is currently a Chihuly sitting right outside on the front steps of one of the buildings. It's awesome. A security guy told me the entrance is across the street. I didn't want to enter; I wanted to take a picture of the sculpture! Also, there is an outside park area with a few statues in it, where you can rest before taking up the hike to one or the other of the subway stations, which are about five blocks away in either direction.
The Leonard Cohen mural is a couple blocks from here, and there's actually a good place to get a picture inside the museum. From the street level next to the museum works, too.
