  • Our master bedroom suite was gorgeous and clean. My guess is some poor reviews are rooms that are unremodeled. Everything about ours was gr8. Admittedly it's not a view resort. One side looked out on parking area and the other towards atrium. Obviously some units face pools or common area. Staff was friendly, concierge helpful. As is common in high sales BG Resorts, you can end up with a pushy rude salesman. Our salesman Larry was unethical, rude and gave false info. A shame.
