This place is packed full of regulars. The barista greeted the two men in front of me (in their 60's) and the man behind me (a man 75+ years old) with names and a warm smile.
I came here at 6:30pm on a Tuesday to meet up with the boyfriend (a nice in between spot for us) and was impressed with how friendly the place was. They have a small patio out front, clean bathrooms and bench seating, tables with chairs and comfy lounge chairs.
Their coffee is good too though the biscotti my boyfriend ordered was pretty stale. Apart from the old man that starred at us for our entire visit it was a pretty decent coffee shop experience. (Maybe we were sitting in his regular spot? I really can't be sure).
