  • Decided to give them another try. I had a terrible experience with this place several years ago after a botched ablation by Dr Hazelrig. They also never verified my insurance for the anesthesia portion of the bill. I was billed for $1200 for something they told me would be covered by my co-pay. I really like Rosemary Boyle-Forsythe, so I scheduled a well womans exam. When I arrived the front office argued with me over the copay. I explained that preventative services are covered 100%. They finally agreed. I had my appointment and was fairly satisfied. Two weeks later I received a bill for $28. When I called they said the dr. noted that she talked to me about menopause, therfore I owe for a regular office visit, instead of a well womans check! What.... This is unacceptable with me. I am 49 years old, have had a historectomy. What other information would be routine!!! This is the stage of life I am in. I told her it would have been nice to have been told. She very rudely stated that I should have read the papers I signed when I checked in! Absolutely rediculous. I will never return to this place. They will nickel and dime their customers to death. If I could give 0 stars I would.
