Before the first training session, Tyson and I met for coffee and discussed my health issues and goals.
The first time he came to my house he had me do a bunch of random exercises to see my strengths and weaknesses. More weak than strong. LOL.
Tyson built my training routine around my needs and wants rather than on a one-size-fits all approach. The exercises varied from session to session. The workouts seemed easy enough that I wondered if any muscles were being worked out at all. At the end of a session, Tyson would sometimes say that I'd be really sore the next day. I though, nah. But oh yeah, I was.
Tyson is a smart, excellent trainer. He made sure the exercises I did were done correctly. Sometimes he made me do them again and again if I didn't get the hang of it right away. If you don't work it correctly, why bother? Right?
Looking for a mobile trainer? He's your guy. You just might get really fit.
I recently had surgery, but after healing, it's back to Tyson. You gotta keep at it.
