  • We did not use Koala T Roofing based on our experience with getting an estimate. While I can't review their work, I can review their business/personal skills. I found them online and liked that they emphasized quality. I called and scheduled them to come out to give us a free estimate. I booked the appointment one week in advance. When it came time for our appointment, no Koala T! I did not receive a phone call from them either. I was thinking they may be running behind or maybe they were on the road over to our home. I gave them plenty of time and then I decided I would call them. She acted surprised when I told her we were on the schedule that day for them to come to our home for an estimate. She said she would be over within 30 minutes. When she did arrive, she was not pleasant or friendly. It seemed as if we were a major inconvenience for her. My husband led her to the area needing work. When I approached, she didn't say hello, didn't introduce herself or shake my hand. No people skills at all. How are you going to book jobs when you treat people like they are invisible and an inconvenience?? She asked for my email and she said she would email an estimate within 24 hours. She never emailed us an estimate. She never called to follow up or give us an estimate on the phone. Apparently our business was not important to her. No....I would not recommend Koala T Roofing.
