  • Great service from Charles, Daniel, and Joe. They were polite, friendly, and responsive. Took a few days to get the parts for my screen repair. Initially I was told everything was in stock. Then I received a follow up call saying no, not all the parts were in stock. However, the parts would be in the next day. I called the next day, still no parts. I called the third day and was told parts would be in by three, but I wasn't available that late in the day. Day four, I went in to the shop. I received a warm greeting and got my repair started. It took about 90 minutes. My phone looked like new. I can't find any flaw in the workmanship. I would use uBreakiFix again, but I wouldn't count on their time estimates. Pro tip: Park behind the cross fit gym and walk over via the cut through. The main parking lot is jammed pretty much all the time. You'll save some heartache by parking in the rear.
