  • I was just in there the other day (Tuesday). One girl was chatting hard with a customer and just greeting other customers by saying "welcome to bath and body works". Then her family came in and I didn't get helped until her family left. The other girl was ringing up a customer and started chatting hard with her. So I will not be returning to that store. They need new staff..
