Called to order some prints and was told I could email the attachments to the store. I sent email and was called 15 minutes later to be asked again how many copies I needed and what type of paper they needed to be on because the employee had "a mind blank". When I emailed them and asked in the email for them to be expedited I received a reply saying "Sorry I would have made them the next day but I got food poisoning and I figured someone else would do them" I'm assuming this was from Chris, the same employee that had the mind blank. Went two days later to pick them up but they were nowhere to be found and that I'd have to resend them. Fast forward 24hrs. Went to pick them up the next day and at check out my $40 dollar copies rung up to be $548 dollars. The cashier called another employee over who rung it up again and said that was the price. Then they called over a manager who asked me if I was Angela. I'm not Angela. Then they just told me to take them for free, which I did. CRAZYYYYY. I felt like I was in a twilight zone.
