  • Hampton & Hampton markets themselves as a collections firm. They were hired to collect a debt about two years ago and they have done absolutely nothing for over a year. Not one email, phone call or letter was sent to the delinquent party in fourteen months. Further, they did not send any statements to the party who hired them - if they sent statements, clients would see that they simply collect fees for "managing" accounts without any attempt to collect. Hampton & Hampton completely misrepresents themselves as a collections firm and will stall and delay any hope of collecting bad debts. Buyer beware of this lack of service.
