  • Absolutely horrible Customer Service!!! Rosa at the front desk is rude & disrespectful! I was new to bidding on these auctions. First of all, once you have won it never once states that you have to click on a waitlist & fill out info to be able to pick up your paid items! This Glendale location once I learned that everytime I tried to do th as t the site was closed to being full. Yet at the same time it is time sensitive you only have usually three days between 10-6 to p.o pick up your items or you loose your money! Buyer Beware!
