  • To bad there is no way do do a no star review. Never in my life I have seen a business that treats a customer with Less respect then this one ugly business, I guess they have a contract with the lv highway patrol and they really do not give a s*** about customer service. At the time of an accident with my mom in the hospital I had to deal with these scammers trying to take as much money as they can. They charge towing way above the average and there parking lot per night costs more then a night at the highest suit at the belagio!!!!! I read the other review bellow me, I didn't talk to them on the phone, but I did see them talking to other customers on the phone while I was there. They were eating , putting customers on mute and on speaker and having a laugh about how they have the customers b*ls in there hand. AND ALL THAT WAS RIGHT BEFORE MY EYES!!!!! REALLY REALLY REALLY STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!
