  • We tried a variety of the meal prep menu items and were very happy with the taste of these items. They arrive in a small reusable microwaveable containers with a sticker on the front labelling the meal. For each meal, there is a meat, vegetable and carb item. We tried the maple salmon, Korean beef with quinoa, vegetable and meat stew, meatballs with whole grain pasta, and Swiss chard chicken breast. The meat items are always amazingly cooked and very tasty. It is quite reminiscent of higher quality entrees at restaurants. My favorite was definitely the maple salmon. Since I rarely have time to cook well-rounded meals with my busy schedule, these are great in helping me steer clear of buying fast food items for lunch. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants a healthy option to lunches for the work week!
