I've had this provider for a year and a half. The customer service is hard to reach, and once you do, it is awful! I also was lied to about the payment plan of my internet service. I was originally paying 10mbps/month for $50. Once my contract expired, it went up to 90, but was charged 140 for that month. Once I got someone on the phone they said they could lower my bill to 20 more dollars than what I was originally paying. Thinking that would get me down to $30 a month I agreed. My bill payment is now $70/month. For 10mbps? Overpriced & ridiculous. The customer service is ridiculous. I switched over to another provider.
