Honest review.
- It's crowded. Good luck getting a rack at any time of the day.
- Equipments are always out of order, especially the Life Fitness machines.
- It's cold and windy in the middle of the gym, very hot near the weights. This is because all ceiling fans are in the middle.
- Staff is biased and seem to have favorites. 15 people training without a towel? No problem. You came to stretch only and don't have a towel? Sorry you can't come in.
- Changing rooms are too humid and smell like mold (both male and female), maybe because it's the only way to the pool.
- Training on Saturday mornings or weekdays between 4:30 and 6pm? Good luck finding parking!
Finally, it comes as a surprise that your membership is NOT managed by EOS fitness. If you have any issues, you're referred to another company called ABC Financial at http://abcfinancial.com/. Remember all the attention you had when you signed up? Turns out EOS staff can only help when signing us up, everything else has to go through this company that you never knew existed.
EOS at Durango is the closest gym but it's just not worth it. My wife and I signed up with another one about 10 mins away and we couldn't be happier.
