I was very impressed by the service I received from University Volvo. I am new to North Carolina and was hesitant to take my car here for service due to the bad reviews but I quickly came to see that they weren't true. When I arrived, I was greeted by my Advisor Arthur Mills who listened to my concerns about my car and told me they would all be taken care of. He was very professional, nice, checked me in right away, and kept me up-to-date on what was happening with my car. When he left for lunch, he assigned Tonya Burleson to make sure I would be taken care of in his absence. She also was very professional, nice, and provided a fast checkout. The issues with my car were fixed quickly and efficiently. They will be servicing my car from now on!
