Bell desk and valet are good. Then you enter a no customer service zone. Cocktail waitresses would rather hide or walk around quickly and be very quiet as they pass by at light speed so you can not ask for a coffee while gambling at a machine. But what takes the cake, is the Billy Joel Bar and the rude bartenders. After having a problem with a bartender and his no service attitude my boss ask for a manager. While the manager from the buffet (Who is also the MOD for the Bar) is talking to my boss who told her if the service is this bad in Sam's Town maybe I am better off going to the strip to Gamble, the Bartender is being extremely rude and said Go ahead, Good luck with that. laughs and walks off. Now the manager is saying sorry for the way he talked to you. I will have a talk with him. I think his name is Kevin. Sorry attitude for a bartender. By the way. My boss only had one drink all day. The rest of the day was coffee, cream and sugar. This problem was not because he was drunk. If the bartender talks to customers like that in front of managers, what does he do when the manager is not there?
