rev:text	Ivan is awesome! He is very professional, and friendly he WILL take the time to just sit down and talk to you even if it's not work related, which made me feel good that he's a really down to earth guy. He and his wife were amazing to work with! He was patient with me and my HOA, and understanding. He definitely went above and beyond as far as helping me understand exactly what he was going to do and how he could improve my house. He told me what other people would say and he was right, he was up front and honest which is what made me choose him over anyone else. He was extremely timely coming to my house less than an hour after I called to give me an estimate even though it was late in the evening, and when he said he would be done in 2 days on a 2 story 2,000 sq ft house he finished early which was surprising considering how amazing it turned out. My wife and I are extremely happy with him and his work, I will definitely refer people to him and his company and use him again for all of my painting needs. He literally wouldn't accept our money until we were completely satisfied. We have already had 7 people come and comment on how nice our house looks in less than a week. Definitely 5 stars all the way! I would rate him higher if Yelp would let me! Go with AZ A+ Painting you WILL NOT be disappointed! Ivan is the man!!!
