  • You will regret ever signing up. This is a company that prioritizes only one thing. Money. Their policies are designed to maximize profit with complete disregard to the customer. I needed to take a couple months off for travel and you would THINK that in this brave new world we are living in with computers that I could just cancel or pause my membership on their website. NOPE! You would think I could call over the phone and cancel it... NOPE! You have to PHYSICALLY go to the location and PHYSICALLY sign paperwork because the customer experience no longer matters at that point. Oh Yeah! My wife down to cancel our accounts and after being assured it was taken care of... we found out that Orange Theory only closed her account and had been charging me for months even though I never set foot in the gym. Underneath that shiny orange facade is a greedy company who could care less about their customers and you will learn this the hard way.
