  • Have been buying parts from Chandler HD for a couple of months. Cooper has been helpful and friendly. I bought an ignition coil that I thought I needed. Mine tested fine, so I never picked it up. Cooper called and told me I needed to come in to return it and that there may be a restocking fee as it is a Buell part. I was helped by Don when I arrived and was told by him that Cooper told me it wasn't returnable? He seemed put out by even talking to me. I will be shopping for parts elsewhere from now on, and will stop recommending Chandler HD to friends and family:(
