  • I had an entire day set up. I had never been there before. I had a wonderful massage and was told to wait in the atrium and enjoy the amenities and someone would be there to get me for my next appointment. So I did. I didn't have a watch or cell phone and believed they would do their job and come and get me. No one ever did. I didn't get my other treatments. The manager in the salon was very rude. I stay at the Prestige level at The Palazzo and made the concierge aware of the situation. They asked that someone reach out to me from the spa/salon. No one ever did. Customer service lousy! Manager at the salon is terrible! I won't go there again. What a huge disappointment :(
