  • After visiting a ton of plastic surgeons in Las Vegas I came back to Dr.Alexander and I'm SO happy I did, besides the incredible surgeon and person he is his office is so beautiful and his staff is hands down one of the best! Tara and Lindsey are literally the sweetest and make you feel like you've been friends forever. He made the entire process completely stress free! Never once did I get nervous or feel like I wasn't prepared, he even called me the day before surgery to make sure I was doing okay and answer any last minute questions I had. Besides minor discomfort it was a really exciting easy process. I can't thank the Doctor and staff enough, I also can't keep enough of their business cards in my purse with everyone I've been handing them out to! Thank you SO much for making this experience one I'll never forget, I look forward to future post op visits just to see the entire staff again.
