  • WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! This company is a joke with great marketing one has a false sense that they are a reliable company. Inaccurate information was provided Initial drop off date I was promised no one showed up. I had to still come out of pocket for canceling movers and rescheduling was a hassle because everything was prescheduled around that day. Customer service is a disaster. I had to have them bring my pods back out because I ran out of time after the changes and they couldn't locate my POD, they didn't have any clue where my pod was located which took 30 minutes on hold to figure out. I provided feedback to customer relations which turned to be a huge waste of time. There's more but I don't want to waste any more time...
