  • Have taken my car here since moving from VA, my experience has been very good. Today, the Tuesday after Labor Day, my car needed just an oil change, so I used (for the first time) their "Express Service". The experience turned out better than I was expecting, in terms of waiting time. I was out within an hour. I had no prior experience with it & figured on a longish wait since it was a "short week" expecting more customers since they were closed for the holiday. For some previous larger jobs that I called in advance for an appointment - they offered me a loaner car for the day. Being retired, I typically would wait for the repair/service, so the offer of a loaner allowed me to go about what I would ordinarily do that do. All I had to do was re-fill the gas tank to the level it was when I left in the morning. Most of the work my car went in for was routine maintenance, except for one time a strut needed replaced. I've not had any problem with whatever needed done that required a follow-up visit.
