  • Is there a NEGATIVE star rating? Pratt's needs to be shut down for inhumane animal care. Every time we go in there, there are several cages (if not all) that have EMPTY water containers. They told me "oh we just filled them a while ago so they haven't been empty for too long". I, the customer, filled them up after some time had passed and these animals cam RUNNING FOR WATER, and slurped it down so fast. The water bowls that did have water, were so dirty and filled t with debris. The cockateil cages had way too many birds in them that they were fighting for spots to sleep on the perches. One of the baby chics had a broken leg. There were puppies way to young to be in there and were huddling on a wire cage trying to get warm. They didn't have the proper food. How do you expect newborns to eat hard kibble? That cute little bunny in their picture above............they feed them to their snakes. There is no humane society in that district so they police would be the ones to have to go in there and make them care about these living things but I doubt the cops will care since there are murders etc they also have to deal with. It's so sad in Pratts pet store.
