After more than one hellish experience at Bell Honda, I decided to try my luck with Arrowhead Honda when my 2010 Civic sun visor broke (again). I showed up promptly for my 7am appointment and parked in the line of waiting cars in the service department. As the day officially began, several service reps strolled purposefully and kindly to the waiting customers. Within a couple of minutes, the kind gentleman that assisted me was asking if I wanted a free car wash while I was there. After he said he could get the visor fixed and the car washed in less than an hour, I eagerly said yes.
I took a seat in the customer lounge and pulled out my Kindle, but there was plenty to keep me occupied even if I hadn't come prepared. Coffee, hot chocolate and pastries were provided as well as the morning's USA Today.
Within 45 minutes, I was out the door and back in my newly washed car with a brand new visor. That is how it should always be.
If I am ever in the market for a new Honda, Arrowhead Honda will definitely be my choice. Hopefully the Sales department will follow along the same type of experience as the Service department.
