  • I came here and found the dress of my dreams. However, I am very concerned about how many brides to be have been deceived by the consultants. She was very nice and always had a smile but she just wanted to squeeze every last penny out of my budget. She had scheduled me for a bustle and left me under the impression that I had paid for a bustle. She repeatedly said that I will be coming in for the bustle while reading my receipt back to me before I paid. When I came in to do my alterations and bustle they told me it is impossible to purchase ONLY a bustle because there's only package deals. I understood but I was very sad to find out Kathleen(someone who seemed very nice) had deceived me into having no choice but to spend full price for alterations AND a bustle. Not only did this happen, but while they were working on my dress the manager was speaking to me as if I shouldn't have been there and it was my fault YET KATHLEEN was the one who scheduled me for that appointment ... It was not a good experience. I am just hoping they can redeem themselves my next fitting so I can edit this review.
