  • After waiting in line for over 1 1/2 hrs., agent told me that my $194 including taxes and fees confirmation and reservation was going to be $412. When asked why, he said taxes and fees had increased. When complaining to customer service I was more or less told it was between the agent and myself as to the charges. So, I guess their rental agreement doesn't mean a thing.
