  • First visit of this specific location as there's only 2 in Vegas. Very clean but not many employees around to help out. I know I had my confused face on to see if any associates would ask if I needed any help but none to be found! As a new vegan I definitely could have used some help looking for several items which should sound like money lost to this company! I ended up spending $45 on about 10 items and didn't get everything I needed. I am giving this store 3 stars only because the store was clean and my cashier was extremely polite and even walked my bags around to my cart because my hands were full with a kid and juggling a purse. They could have gotten an extra star if the meat department didn't have a foul seafood smell flowing from it! They need to clean back there better! I had to look to see if they had seafood back there but then realized they seafood was on the other side of the store! That is not a good sign! The last star they are loosing is obviously lack of employees willing to help customers. Not one person approached me or even greeted me! In fact as I walked in the store the first person that walked past me was a manager. Wrong answer! Thought customer service would have been better moving from Cali to Nevada.
