  • Okay, I had to take stars away for lack of CARE or SAFETY of their guest!!!! I was injured in the lazy river a teenager threw my float out of his way and cracked my head so hard on the concrete I saw stars and immediately started crying!!! I'm not a baby! High tolerance for pain) I stopped myself at the life gaurd which was 15-20 feet away.... SHE DID NOT see what occurred and we were the only people on that side at that time!!! Anywho, the life guard asked me if I needed help. The fact that I couldn't really respond might have indicated that I needed help!!! I was crying, dizzy, in pain etc. Some how, I made my way I got off the ride, made my way to first aid. I walked in still crying, and the girls said " I'll get you a nice pack" while the more official looking employee didn't even turn his head or stop talking to the guy behind the counter to see if maybe my head was cracked open because it sure felt like it!!!!! No one asked me what happened, if I was okay, nothing. absolutely zero!!! The other day we went again and I cut my foot on the slide. ( don't judge me) anyway, since blood continued to pour out of this small gash. I went to get a band aid. The EMT ( Jake) had me sit on a cot,asked me where I was injured, what time, what ride, how I was injured ... And then asked for my name for his records!!! When I had a partial concussion where was this kid? He was amazing. He did all that for a bandaid!!! Head injury... That you can die from, you get a bag of ice. Nice?!? My head still hurts depending what I'm doing. It's been past 10 days!!! *These were not the people that were there the day I needed help. Too bad they were great! ******Initial review ---5 stars-----wet n wild responded promptly to thank me for this review. However, they have not responded to my email regarding my head slamming incident. It's been over a week! $40 for 40 days. Pay $20 more you get free parking. That's $7 a day. Pay $10 more get a season pass! I'm down for kids having something fun to do in Vegas like we use to do.... Flashback to the olden days when wet n wild was on the strip but, better!!!!! No casinos around. It's very pretty here. I love it! All my daughters lil friends r here having a blast!!!! I don't do theme parks or the strip on weekends so, I dont know how that is bit, it's great here later in the day.
