If there's anything you should try, try the Asian glazed pork belly tacos! This was by far the most unique dish of the night - sweet and savory with rich and refreshing all combined in one. By appearance, three little cubes of watermelon sitting on top of three little chunks of pork belly don't look like a lot, but these small tacos sure pack a punch.
The shrimp ceviche in coconut milk was also a fun and different interpretation on ceviche - sweet, creamy, and not at all acidic.
Be sure to arrive early or expect a looong wait.
