  • I was in town visiting family and a friend and I were seriously in need of a manicure and pedicure. We found this place online and assumed it would be good considering the descent reviews. It started off okay. The lady checked us in and took us right away since nobody else was there. I had coupon from their website for buy a manicure get a pedicure 50% off. She said it was a "local" coupon, but she would honor it because the coupon did not specify details to who could use it. Another lady began working on my manicure and I informed her I was getting both a mani and pedi because of the coupon. She immediately called over to the lady who originally said she would honor it and told her I could not use that because it was a local saver (which does not specify that it is for locals on their coupons--not even in fine print). Instead of honoring what she originally said, the first lady said she could no longer offer that for me..but she would see what she could do. She came back with 20% off, which I was fine with and did not feel like debating. The lady doing my nails started clipping away at my cuticles as if she were angry and even caused a couple to bleed. Even after I said "ouch" she continued without much remorse. My friend on the other hand, requested she get a re-polish over her acrylic nails. The young lady working on her nails started off by not even removing her polish and did a horrible job at shaping. The final product was sub-par and looked as if someone was learning how to polish nails for the first time. She seemed as if she had little experience and payed more attention to chatting with her co-workers then actually doing her job. Once it was time for my pedicure, I was moved to a small booth. And to say the least, it was not a pedicure at all!..more like an expensive polish. No foot-tub, soaking, or foot lotion. After I was finished, I went to check out and pay. The lady who had given me the mani/pedi checked me out as well. When she discovered I was given a 20% discount she looked back at her co-work who given it to me (after going back on the original coupon offer), rolled her eyes, and asked why it was this price. She checked me out anyway, to happy I was given a discount. The total came to $76 with tip for basically a nail and toe polish. Definitely, the most unprofessional and poor quality I've ever experienced and do not recommend their business to anyone. Trust me, if you are looking for a legitimate manicure/pedicure then stick to an actual spas...may pay a few dollars more, but your experience will be 100% better!
