  • My insurance dispatched this company to tow my car and they stated they would get to me within fourty five minutes to an hour. After an hour had passed I contacted them again to see what their ETA was and they said 30 more minutes. After 30 minutes passed I called again and they said it was 10 more minutes. I waited a total of 2.5 hours for the truck to come. I just wish they were straight forward with me so I could schedule someone else since I was stranded on a really busy freeway during rush hour. I was really unhappy with that portion of their service. When the driver arrived he was very friendly and nice and nice to talk to so he was the only reason i gave 3.
