  • My experience at Ageless Day Spa was not something I would repeat nor recommend to another client. The place is dark and uninviting and gave me an uneasy feeling, which proved to be an omen of my experience. The lighting is so dim that I was concerned about the place being clean. I went there there for a body wrap. The woman who provided it obviously wasn't trained properly and barely communicated with me. She was unsure how to do the treatment and the wrap wasn't like the picture in the advertising nor were the services. It was supposed to be a thermal wrap but was hardly luke warm, so no wonder ir didn't do anything. I've had thermal wraps at other spas, and they worked well. This did absolutely nothing and was a waste of time and money. I had prebought several wraps, and asked for a refund on the remaining ones. She claimed she was not allowed to refund. Since she was the owner, that didn't make sense. I've would never go back to this place.
