  • 0 Stars! This place is awful! I am reporting them to the better business bureau and I hope others will too. If I would have checked reviews here first, I would never have rented from Payless. They purposefully decieve, lie and charge you for what you did not agree to. It is shameless. Then when you see what they have done and wait in line for 30 minutes at 9pm on a weekend you are told the manager is in a meeting and can't meet with you but given a number to call him. He never returns a phone call. Or an email. I don't know how this company is in business and I don't know what to do to get my $160 in extra charges back!
