Dr. Cordero is no longer here and it's really unfortunate. We now are seeing doctors that she recommended and they are decent, but that's the extent of it. There are long waits while you're sitting in the room wondering if they even know you're there - last visit was almost forty minutes. Hopefully this will get better. Their corporate structure seems to be a numbers game where customers and dogs are at the bottom of the list.
The front desk people are completely clueless as usual. The women who work in the morning are far better than the afternoon shift who are truly useless. They seem confused by all questions that don't involve them swiping your credit card. They have really inappropriate attitudes for people working in medical customer service. It's off putting.
When the wellness plans we had purchased with Dr. Cordero run out we'll likely look for a new clinic. This one is just a Banfield with better digs.
