rev:text	I'm giving one star, because I can't give a negative score! My daughter is using our car up in Parry Sound to go to work. She came home for the weekend and we discovered that her tire was low. It was late on a Saturday afternoon and there weren't any other auto/tire businesses open. Having had 2 terrible experiences with CT, I hesitated, but was desperate and my daughter needed the car the next day to go back up north. So, we arrived at the store, the tech looked at the tire (apparently sprayed soapy water on it) and determined that it wasn't the tire, but the rim! He told me he was going to remove the tire and seal the rim. I called my husband to tell him the diagnosis, and he insisted I confirm there wasn't a nail as new cars/rims don't usually leak. I questioned the Manager, and he also confirmed it was PROBABLY the rim, but went out into the shop just the same. I stood there and stood there and watched them scratch their heads. Finally, tired of waiting, I walked out of the store to the open garage doors to ask what was going on. The manager informed me that it WAS in fact a nail hole, which he was spraying with the soapy water to show me and the "mechanics". Holy cows!!! What if my daughter had been driving on the 400 and had an issue with the tire!? The results could have been catastrophic! The manager assured me he "gave the guys a bad time" about this. I told him in no uncertain terms that the only reason I was there was because we were desperate, and that this third issue with CT auto centre confirms that they are incompetent! He told me that he had already told the service clerk to not charge me. Great.... but what if this happens to someone else!? My daughter is off to Parry Sound, in our other car. I'm taking my car to another mechanic to make sure the bolts are tight and the repair was done properly. DO NOT USE THIS AUTO CENTRE!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
