| - You can't go wrong staying here. The room, is a small one-bedroom apartment. You have a living room, dining area, full kitchen, washer and dryer and their own room, large bathroom with deep tub and shower head, large bedroom and walk in closet. You also have your own personal balcony.
We were checked in by the front desk manager Sebastian. He was very nice and professional. Check-in was very quick. Other comments have mentioned being pressured into timeshare options, we never experienced that.
The hotel grounds are very clean. Staff was constantly cleaning and maintaining the areas. I even watched one worker clean the sidewalks! The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped as well.
The hotel it's also secured by gated entrance. There is also a fence around the entire perimeter. The gate requires a room key for entrance after 5 p.m. We always felt very safe here. And hotel security was always visible.
There are multiple water areas. One area is an adult area with a deep pool and multiple grills for cooking out. Another area is for toddlers. It's more of a splash pad. It has its own gate around it so no little ones can escape. There is a hot tub that fits quite a few people. There is also a large kid pool with a waterfall. Water only gets to about three-and-a-half to four feet.
The rooms were great. Very clean. Smelled great! Some people had mentioned getting dirty black feet from walking on the carpet. We did experience that however it was very mild. Our only complaint would be the noise from other rooms. Walls are very thin. Thankfully we had somewhat quiet Neighbors. We could hear them walking around upstairs though. We did not necessarily hear any voices but we knew their every movement. My only suggestion to that would be to reserve an upstairs apartment.
The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were down pillows. The walk in closet had multiple extra pillows, sheets and blankets.
The bathroom was very large. The tub was deep, and big enough for two people. Some people have mentioned that the shower is too short. I am 5'7", and the shower head was as tall as me. So it was awkward to get under, but it's a removable hand held shower head, so that was no problem.
The kitchen was the perfect size. It has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. It also has plates, cups, eating utensils, and a few other cooking utensils as well.
There are multiple useful stores nearby and restaurants. The strip is only a few miles away, very quick to get to. We rented a car so driving down there was no big deal.
We would definitely stay here again.
