| - Great concept, fresh food, and the presentation was really nice.
We had a private room, with 6 individual pots per table. We chose mushroom, original, seafood and tomato broth. For food, we ordered dumplings, seafood, beef, and vegetables. The center of the table houses a large steamer, which was stocked with raw rice. The steaming food cooked and infused flavor into the rice, giving it it a unique flavor and texture. The meats were presented on special trays. Veggies came on carved wooden bowls. Noodles were served uncooked, and were dipped into the broths.
Tomato broth is the best. I didn't care for the seafood broth.
My only complaint is that the table would be better served with 4 or 5 pots, rather than 6, to accommodate the trays of food and baskets of veggies.h
